Autumn (in my Ghanaian culture) is upon us! August 1-October 31. This is the final phase in the seasonal cycle. Celebrate the cool breezes! Are you in alignment with the season? Aspects of this season are endings, last harvest, waning Sunshine, shifting attire with weather, roots, self-reflection, journey towards the spiritual world, and stargazing.

Sober October – a 31 night opportunity to abstain from or harm reduce your vices and addictions. Along with reflection requests and alternatives.
Community Baby Shower will be October 19, at the Downtown Library. We will be sharing our Spiritual Birth Coach service and giving away free natural remedies.
Dare To Care – our incarcerated pen pal connection.
Albuquerque Zine Fest – we will be vending in the outdoor location October 5th. All our paper zines will be available for sale 5-10$. New zines will debut.
