Autumn (in my Ghanaian culture) is upon us! August 1-October 31. This is the final phase in the seasonal cycle. Celebrate the cool breezes! Are you in alignment with the season? Aspects of this season are endings, last harvest, waning Sunshine, shifting attire with weather, roots, self-reflection, journey towards the spiritual world, and stargazing.
