LIBERATION MEDITATION!
Our Liberation Meditationis facilitated by me, kuwa jasiri Indomela (beauty) Our BY US, FOR US model is designed for all mindfulness levels while encouraging folks to integrate, deepen and lengthen their practice.
The intention of this care space is to honour and connect with our full selves. This skillshare leads participants on a mindful journey using actualizations, affirmations, journaling, spiritual practices, energy work, breathing and movement techniques. Explore this mind, body, soul experience.
We offer 15, 30 and 45 minute meditations in three themes:
–Rest Recliner practice short pausing techniques to slow down and create a life full of intention.
–Pause Patio connect deeper with Nature, plants, animals, seasons, the Moon and Sun cycles.
–Sacred Space focus on deepening spirituality, receiving messages, praying, moving and accessing energy.
We also have a Luxury Lounge 1 hour mindfulness session where we sink into the lavishness of oneness. Through rest, reflection and rejuvenation we practice resting techniques, commune with Nature, journal, make medicine and any other way to hold space while people practice connecting deeper with the inner self.
