The model of care I offer is based on a decade of trauma informed care, marginalized intersections. Transform into your best Self with tailored, wellness sessions in the privacy of your home.
Using the modalities of talk and art therapy, each wellness session is a 2 hours exploration into Self, allowing you to become more aware. Giving you clarity of your blocks, generational patterns, and trauma(s) while we work through your emotions. Making way for you to let go, discern and integrate. Yielding a better you/friend/parent/human. Each session includes simple tools, skill building, resource distribution and a tutorial zine.

Primarily a service for intersex, transmasculine, and genderqueer birthers along with gender expansive families of culture / the global majority. Our service centers fat, differently abled, little people, non-english speakers, birthers 35+ years, multiples and polyamorous families requiring customizable care. I am continuously getting educated in Spanish and Sign Language to sustain this service’s long-term inclusivity.
