I want to take some moments to explore our relationships with our Mothers, Feminine Parents and Birthing Parents. My own journey with my parents has be turbulent. Perhaps you have gone on this adventure with me, or you are new to this epic. Either way, I learned about emotional maturity, generational behaviours, self awareness and willingness to explore pain. I am so pleased to be on the other side of this deep dive.

Who are you on the other side of grief, pain and heart break?

In the attached videos you can go on your own journey of self discovery. All these videos highlight parents as honorable people navigating systemically traumatic and toxic situations. These videos allowed me to offer my parents respect, empathy as well as firm boundaries aligning with my authentic self.

I have cut off ALL of my relatives, in this moment. To focus on myself, my inner voice and my authentic expression. I am in therapy, do spiritual cord cuttings, pray, journal and evaluate. This has been going on for many Sun cycles although climaxed with the death of my Grannie and the gathering of most of our relatives. I have now passed through the portal that slowly fades in the background. I am facing the newness with happiness and glee.
