Main position roles:
- Research foundations, organizations, resources, businesses, educational and cultural hubs, collectives and other community spaces for the purpose of collaborations, grants, fiscal sponsorship, land acquisition, resource return and networking.
- Organize, track, and update research into text documents and database spreadsheets.
- Grant proposal drafting and editing, organize and track Artistic Apothecary’s grant-writing schedule, and attend funding/donor interviews.
- Digitize paper zines into e-zines; create and update flyers, Impact Reports, educational and organization documents; transcribe, write, update, and edit WordPress Posts, Email drafts, and Media.
- Connect with, coordinate, and support remote volunteers.
- Take part in Artistic Apothecary activities and campaigns when possible.
- Offer perspective and feedback as requested.
- 32+ hours per Moon cycle.
- Up to 4+ phone meetings per Moon cycle.
- To do work you must have a computer, internet and text file access.
Out Of Pocket Annual Expenses –
- Team Building Trip, 6-8 nights off-grid – food, gifts and activities
- Incarcerated Pen Pal, 8-20 letters annually – stamps, envelope and paper
Compensation:
17-20$ per hour, paid every New Moon.
Paid every Equinox/Solstice: 12% of earnings for wellness fund. 4% of internet bill.
Seasonal care package (for domestic applicants).
Local applicants have access to home office in Apache territory, ‘Albuquerque, New Mexico’.
