A Full Moon has passed as our Waning Gibbous accompanies us through letting go. Reflecting, appreciating, releasing. What are you releasing? What is no longer serving you? What can you appreciate for having served you, but must now be let go of? The Waning is an opportunity for making space, in and around us. How do you prepare your soil for new seeds?

In our Founding Steward’s Ghanaian culture, Spring joins us from February 1-April 30. Spring is of new beginnings, birth and re-birth, blossoming, clearing, increasing Sunshine, fleurs, the liver and the gallbladder. An aspect out of balance with Spring is hoarding. Spring is a season for slowly waking up after a long hibernation. We do not need to burst out of rest ready for a new season, although we can. We can also move gently, at our unique pace, and stretch into the Moon cycles ahead. What helps you move from the slow energy of Winter into the sprouting of Spring? What are your seasonal intentions? What do you want to blossom into a flower?
