As you know I am about Liberation for all! Plus I know to get there I must uplift the most marginalized of us. Specifically in this moment AFRO LIBERATION!! CEntering blackness is my favourite, because I got this dark skin! *song+dance* Plus I am easily distracted and centering myself are the skills I am learning.

TO do this I am realizing I have:
-agency and autonomy. I am becoming more aware of when (mainly pale) folks invade my autonomous space with an attempt to take my agency. or what I am labeling a power move. OH NO! Keeping what is mine and bouncing back all their energy. *rubber-glue.*
-compassion and empathy to give. I am socialized to pour this into others. I am building my own narrative where I reserve compassion and empathy for myself. And giving it outwardly as reciprocation.
-even more generational trauma. To unravel my pain, emotions and patterns I am in therapy. Twice Moonly. I am connecting spiritually to break the cycle and get on a new path. I am also ending relationships. Grieving + Growing.

I am exploring new cinema, screen based narratives. My mental health is low and cinema and music allow my mind to focus on the direction I want to go. Plus we out here celebrating, getting clarity on the truth and doing better for ourselves.
