In my own life I arrive at blocks and become stagnant. Sometimes this leads me to acting in ways that are out of balance with my true needs and desires. When this occurs, I seek out support workers that offer me tools, resources, reminders and reflection. I have had relationships with coaches and therapists end because we were not in alignment about my genderqueer identity and my need for intersectionality, liberation, rest and abolition.

I have made it my mission to seek out support workers who are in alignment with my core values. I currently have a rest coach, spiritual coach, and music therapist as well as a business coach and talk therapist who both live in the spirit realm. They all identify as genderqueer or sexually queer, are People Of Heritage with platforms that support spirituality, rest, inclusion and changing our narratives.

As a community leader it is necessary for me to have support workers to keep me balanced in my relationships, with myself and with my work.

In my journey of providing services, programs, and workshops while tending community, I have found one-to-one relationships to be where transformation happens most. In an attempt to broaden my work of caring for deep wounds, releasing psychological-societal blocks, breaking generational curses and freeing ourselves, I am offering Liberation Coaching sessions. These sessions will include meditation, rest, play, herbal medicine, spirituality, ethnicity, gender, sexuality and getting back to Nature with focus areas of your choosing.

I offer self directed sessions on a sliding scale that includes trade. Moonthly meetups allow space for you to rest, implement, reflect and grow your practices.

I am kind, patient, and compassionate. I am committed to nurturing your self directed journey, helping you tailor your toolkit with intentions, pauses, activities and reflections in a way that best serves you. We will create a confidential, loving space full of ease for our sessions together. Each session will be followed up by an email which recaps your work and offers resources to further deepen your activities and reflections.
