As founding steward I, kuwa jasiri Indomela (elle/ beauty), study wild foods, birth work, Seed stewardship, and liberatory medicine to tend my own family traumas. As an intersex, genderqueer, polysexual Ghanaian-Cubane/Taino my superpower is infiltrating privileged spaces, advocating and bringing about equity while marginalized folks rest and play.
About Us
Our grassroots initiative nourishes the mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing of genderqueer People Of Culture (Of Colour) while affirming our societal greatness.
Our zero waste collective began due to express interest from our community to solve their own problems with our BY US, FOR US model. Originally, in 2011, our priority was free herbal clinics and Indigenous Solidarity which grew to rural Seed libraries in 2013 then wildland and watershed restoration in 2016 which is now sprouting up as social advocacy. Over the last decade, our focus is accountability, trauma informed care, therapeutic techniques, cultural revitalization, intersectional diversity, rest, and play. We invite you to align with us now as we embark on our next chapter, shinning into a new Sun cycle (year), celebrating our eleventh year of service and deepening our commitment to community-centered care. In 2023 we are introducing our Birthwork team that ushers in the Age Of Abolition.

‘Tis The Season to GIVE to marginalized communities! 2021 marks the deadliest year on record for genderqueer people. As we grieve the harms to our community, pray for sweet abundance and rejoice as our authentic selves, we ASK our network to support our continued care towards liberation.
Generous community contributions provide vital leadership for our dynamic liberatory programming and are matched dollar for dollar by the Trans Justice Funding Project totaling 10,000$. Your donations will make twice the impact on the work we do to advocate, aide and affirm a diverse community of genderqueer People Of Culture. Why support our work?
DONATIONS + ENGAGEMENT
Our goals are $5,000 Dollars, 5 new patrons, 5 remote admin volunteers, 50 pounds of donations, 5 new youtube scribers, 5 new newsletter scribers, 5 friends to share us with from 500 engaging community members.
We start our fundraiser at 563$, 2 youtube followers, 2 volunteers and 78 pounds of supply donations.
